Body: I was really happy with Hodges Electronics. It was very easy todo, their website was fast with no troble. Also ne of the most important things here in Alaska was the shipping. The did not charge over rated prices on the shipping. I live in a boating comm. and I will tell everyone if they need electronics go thru Hodges. Body: I have received two orders from Hodges. Both were exactly as promised, merchandise, shipping and speed of delivery. Living in Alaska, I am not used to online merchants offering two-day delivery of anything for less than thirty, forty or fifty dollars. Hodges sends any number of items in the same order for $13 - two day arrival! That is, two days or less to be in Anchorage, then if you live outside the road system, as I do, all the air shippers (FedEx, UPS, etc.) put the stuff in the Post Office for air mailing to the village. DHL did the same thing with my packages but they were sent and arrived promptly! Hurray for Hodges Retail!

Body: The experience with Hodges was extremely pleasurable. After extensive research, the price on the itme was the best found. I had an issue regarding the shipping coupon and brought it to Hodges attention. The matter was resolved and I had a response in less than an hour. Many retailers could take a lesson from this company both large and small! Although I have not yet used the product I purchased, I am certain it will operate without a problem. It arrived just as stated, in new condition and packaging.
