This is my 3rd purchase of this model cover. It has a 5 year guarantee. The first one ripped after 1.5 years when I pulled it too tight over a sharp edge - I contacted the company and explained what happened and they replaced it, sending a new one before I returned the old one so my boat would not have to be uncovered. Then they contacted me to be sure everything went well. I've kept the second one for 2.5 years but due to mildew not the fault of the cover and lost waterproofing, I replaced it this year. It was easier than trying to clean and waterproof it. It's 600 denier compared to most that are 300 denier (although I don't think that there's an clear ANSI standard on denier ratings so they may not be comparable between companies.) It comes with good straps. Before I used tarps that got destroyed in the wind every year. Shipping from Hodges Marine went well and they beat Amazon's price.

This is the best boat cover I have purchased. For the price it is well beyond my expectations. Well secured seams for tie downs for a perfect snug fit. Even though not waterproof kept 95%of the rain out. Would recommend this cover (600 denier) to everyone with a 17'-19' boat.
