In general I've been pleased with the kit. The dash mount keeps the unit in place (no sliding). The power cable with speaker is very handy when driving alone giving turn by turn directions. The only thing I have found is that some of the locations in the database are not accurate. On a recent vacation, I selected the food near me options, chose a place that sounded good but after following the directions was taken to a housing development with no places to eat. There was an empty lot were the place was suppose to be.
