We recently went to Lake Mead and were unable to get the outboard started, so we putt-putted around for six hours with this trolling motor, and still had battery left when we headed for home.

Very clear, very quick response, good discrimination of fish on bottom. Bright, easy to see in bright light. The only drawback is that it only paints fish that happen to be near the surface if the Fish Display is on. It doesn't show arcs or other recognizable items in that one area. Overall much better even that I anticipated.
