Anchorlift Pro w/Large Buoy May 29, 2013
Reviewer: Bill from North Carolina
I purchased this system along with a Mighty Mite anchor based on a few other reviews. After 2 attempts in pulling the anchor we finally figured out the best way to use the system and it worked great for the remainder on the week we fished offshore. We anchored in 160 feet of water and were able pull the anchor with no problems after I realized I had to pull with the boat and allow the ball time to work its way all the way back before I stopped to come back to the anchor. Just remember to use the system like it shows with the instructions and let the boat do the work. We sometimes had to pull a little distance to allow the ball to pull the anchor all the way to the top. Once the anchor is pulled up to the ball we just coiled the rope back in t he bucket as we eased back to the ball and picked the anchor up with the ball.
Great system.
