THIS IS THE BEST! I SET MY DOWN RIGGER UP WHILE I CAN STEER THE BOAT AND INCREASE/DECREES SPEED! THEN GET THIS, I SIT IN THE BACK SEAT NEXT TO THE DOWNRIGGER, AND LISTEN TO MY LINES, ALMOST ASLEEP, AND STEER THE BOAT WITH THE REMOTE!! YEA REAL HARD WORK!! I NEVER LOVED FISHING AS MUCH AS I DO NOW!!

Great Product

This is a great product. The first one sent to me was defective (the range was only about 5 feet). I had to return the unit to Minn Kota, but the customer service was great and now the wireless remote works everywhere on my pontoon boat! I'm so impressed that even with having to return the new product for repair I'm still rating it a 4!

Customer service was exceptional. I had some confusion in my first order (I felt the on-line catalog was confusing when they displayed a picture of the product for two or three models and displayed a picture of the remote control for the model that I needed). I found my mistake and returned the first order and re-orderd. Both the return and the replacement orders were handled very promptly. Best delevery service I have ever encountered.
