I paid $19.95 for shipping 1-2 business days. Bought product Wednesday evening hoping to get remote by close of business on Friday, only to track package and see tracking information to be delivered by close of business on Monday May 2. If your checkout section would have told me it was not going to be there by Friday I would not have paid $19.95 for this service. 1-2 business days to me are Thursday and Friday. Your checkout system needs to make the buyer aware of when it will arrive prior to the transaction being completed. Instead the tracking information is unavailable to me for the first day and when it does pop up, the information I received stated package would not arrive until Monday by the end of the day. This is 5 days after my purchase of the remote. I know Sat and Sun are business days. I talked with a sales associate who was no help and wanted to explain to me how UPS works, and how they don't count Thursday as a business day because that is the day it shipped.
