Kit was certainly effective and I got a great finish look and its holding up after a couple months. Attachment studs should be about a half inch longer. Mounting through 3/4 inch plywood plus fiberglass doesn't give you much room to attach retaining nuts. Kit doesn't seem to contain enough material to justify the price but beats paying for the install
