Love the product.  Installed easily, excellent imaging.  The order process was easy and the delivery was excellent.  The product and service experience was excellent.  I will definitely be looking to Hodges Marine for future purchases.

An execellent product. One minor change I would make would be to default he course tracking to the off position. I use mine on the trolling motor and not for navigation. I have to clean up the crumb trail periodically. Other than that small detail the unit is impressive, you do NEED a Navionics map card, however. Hodges Marine is an excellent supplier with prompt, accurate delivery.

My husband and I LOVE IT!!  It makes fishing in the rivers and lakes of Louisiana really nice.  Definitely a great buy.

I have not used this unit as yet (winter in Wisconsin) but I have fished with friends that have these units and they are truly amazing. Best bang for the buck. Two of my friends who have these work in the fishing department at Gander Mountain. Guess that says enough about the units.

I purchased this machine to help me navigate and find the fish in an East Texas Lake.  It performs excellently for navigation.  While it has many fish finding capabilities that I've read about in the manual, I haven't used them yet.  So far, the machine seems reasonably easy to use but time will tell if it can help me successfully outsmart the fish!  

My biggest frustration with this product is that while the manual is well written, it is only available on a CD.  When learning how to use a product with as many capabilities as this has, I need to have the manual in hand as I explore its various features.  It is not practical to take my laptop on my boat, so a printed copy is the only choice.  I printed a black & white copy, but that was a difficult, frustrating, time consuming effort.  

I gave this product 5 stars because I love the way that it performs the job I purchased it for.  But sure wish a printed manual was in the box.
