Excellent company and very nicely designed product.  Very beefy terminals, solid case, very well-engineered it appears.  Only thing I would have liked would have been a remote that shows the digital voltage and power output numbers, as opposed to having to see the front of the actual unit to know the numbers.  That way, the unit could be fully tucked away somewhere, and the data still known from a remote little panel.  Other than that - no issues.  Excellent price at Hodges, especially given the very popular and respected company making the inverter.

Use this inverter in my over-the-road truck. Powers an air conditioner and other things in the cab. Real NICE!!!!!

Review of Xantrex SW2000 November 9, 2009

For the money, this Inverter is the best True Sine unit on the market. I little on the light-weight size but it does the job well. I've used it with 120 VAC TV's, a Microwave, Keurig Coffe Maker, Laptop computer and all have run well with no problems. I really don't have a good Modified Sine unit to compare against but for a $100 more, I got True Sine output and no worries.
