I had expected a product of much higher quality than was delivered with this headset especially at the high price. At full volume communication becomes distorted and still wasn't as loud as would have been necessary in most conditions. By comparison Motorola has several similar headsets that function well and which are priced at 1/3 or less of the cost of this headset but, of course, won't work with SH radios. I would not recommend this product.
