BARIGO
BARIGO was founded 1926 in the Southwest of Germany and has become one of the leading manufacturers of precision weather instruments and altimeters worldwide. For more than 30 years skydivers, climbers and hikers have been relying on mechanical altimeters made by BARIGO. Starting in the early 90s with the first digital altimeters no. 40 and 41 BARIGO soon earned several design and innovation awards. Recently BARIGO received the renowned "Red Dot Award 2004" for the latest in handheld technology, model no. 44 altimeter with barometer and integrated compass. Today BARIGO continues to develop its range of mechanical and digital orientation products with introducing a line of multifunctional wristwatches.
