When I ordered , the item was on backorder. I was made aware of this when I ordered. I received update emails on the status of the order and was plesantly surprised that it was shipped on the projected date.
I received the order and every thing was included, no surprises.
I felt that I was treated fairly and would definately order from you again.
I had ordered the zumo 66o from a competitor prior to this order. I never received the product and they even tried to charge my credit card. (I think they have gone out of business. )
I was very pleased with your service and have recommended your company to my freinds. I very much appreciate your integrity and honesty.

This unit is loaded with features, but my favorite is the Custom Route feature. When I plan a ride, the last thing I want is to go from point A to point B via the fastest route. Planning my trip taking back roads and seeing sites I've never seen before is the best way to get the most out of a motorcycle trip. Remember, it's the journey, not the destination that makes for memorable cycle trips.
Construction, features and accessories are first rate.
