The motor is outstanding for trolling inland lakes. Its like having that extra person in the boat doing the work while you are spending more time fishing. It works great, but I am not too impressed with the quality of the foot pedal or Minn Kota when my local dealer was unable to do the warranty work on the foot pedal. Was only 2 months old and Minn Kota wanted me to pay to have it shipped to them and back to me for repairs. Other than that...Superb!!!
