What You Get

A RepairTech Extended Service Contract (ESC) means you’ll have the highest level of customer service and -

• Two, three, four or even five years of protection. The manufacturer usually warranties for at most one year. With RepairTech you can get up to five years additional protection!
   
• Authorized Repair Centers. RepairTech Service Centers are authorized for over 150 manufacturers and thousands of products.
   
• Local Service Centers^*.  The preferred option of using a RepairTech Five Star Service Center may be waived – in your favor – to allow a local, trusted facility to be temporarily authorized as a RepairTech Partner. You get the best of both worlds, trusted and local service!
   
• On-Site Service. If your product cannot be shipped, and the manufacturer warranty includes “on-site service”, you’ll enjoy the luxury of having repairs done in the comfort of your own home. Let the service come to you! Valid in the continental US only.
   
• No Out of Pocket Expenses. Parts and Labor are fully covered. Your product will be repaired and you will not suffer any out of pocket expenses. When using a RepairTech Partner for service, you’ll be freed from the inconvenience of laying out bench fees or any diagnostic charges.
   
• No Deductible. RepairTech does not charge any deductible for repairs (except mobile phones).
   
• Worldwide Service. Whether you’re traveling or you live overseas, wherever you may be, our Worldwide Service assures you that your product is protected.
   
• Unlimited Service Calls. There is no limit to the number of repairs throughout the life of your service plan.
   
• Replacement Policy. If your product can not be repaired or it becomes uneconomical to repair, we will replace your product with one of like kind and quality. RepairTech will do what it takes to bring your product “back to life”.
   
• Totally Transferable. You can sell or give your product away at any time. The coverage can then be transferred to the new owner with one phone call.
   
• No Lemon Policy. We want to make sure you are happy with your product. If your product needs repair three times for the same reason while covered by a RepairTech ESC, we will either replace it or reimburse you.

^* Local Service requires pre-authorization of repairs and validation of service. You may be required to pay for a refundable bench fee and repairs. You will be refunded out of pocket expenses. If no local service centers are available, mail-in service applies.

1. Purchase a RepairTech extended warranty plan from Hodges Marine.
2. An Extended Protection Service Plan booklet will be mailed to you. In it you will find the instructions for registering and activiating your plan.
3. Register your warranty within 30 days of purchase - either online (www.myrepairtech.com) or by phone (1-877-418-TECH).
