Description   Shakespeare Style 4188-S Ratchet Rail Antenna Mount Shakespeare's Style 4188-S Ratchet Rail Mount features fast release design, ratchet action, for quick and easy laydown. It mounts easily on 7/8" and 1" vertical, horizontal, or slanted rails. The mount has two ratchet configurations, one secured by bolts through the bottom of the mount and one tightened by the ratchet handle.
