We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit card payments as well as PayPal, personal checks and money orders. All order information is encrypted so you can feel safe using the secure on-line ordering system. However, We also accept orders via phone, fax, and US mail. Telephone orders are accepted Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM EST. Please note that all prices on this website are in US dollars. All credit card orders are subject to verification. Orders where the shipping address is different than the credit card billing address may be delayed for verification (usually one business day). Orders placed using personal checks and money orders will be held until funds clear (approximately 5 business days after receipt). A $50 fee in addition to the outstanding balance will be collected for credit card chargebacks/disputes. Outstanding balances over 45 days old will incur interest at 1.5% per a month and will be referred to a collections agency. Fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Most in-stock orders ship the same day. However, some orders will ship next business day especially if placed late in the afternoon. You will be promptly notified if your order happens to be out-of-stock (stock status is also displayed on the product webpage). Most out-of-stock orders ship within two weeks. A time estimate will be given for out-of-stock orders and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order at any time before shipment. We do not charge your credit card for out-of-stock orders until the item is shipped. Items are typically shipped UPS, USPS, or FedEx for domestic orders. Please note that your item may ship from warehouses located in all parts of the country. We make every effort to ship from locations closest to our customers. Items are shipped Monday - Friday excluding holidays. Overnight and two day delivery options exclude Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays. A signature may be required for delivery. Claims of shipment damage, incorrect/missing items, or non-receipt of goods must be made within seven (7) days.
All international purchases are final and non-returnable. Warranty service may be limited or not available outside the United States. The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes and Customs fees. Please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees. Please note that we will not ship items as "gifts" for customs purposes. Any refused packages will be charged for shipping costs and all fees associated with the return shipment. International orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Additional shipping charges may be required for oversized items. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express credit cards, PayPal and international wire transfers. Additional credit card verification information may be required to process international credit card payments. The total of all international credit cards purchases may be limited. We reserve the right to unilaterally refuse or reject international orders for any reason. Minn Kota, Lowrance and Hazmat items will not be shipped outside the United States.

Hodges Marine accepts returns for thirty (30) days after shipment. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All products sold by Hodges Marine are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Customer must first contact the manufacturer for technical support of defective products. Defective products are returnable for 30 days without restocking fees if deemed necessary by the manufacturer. A NON-NEGOTIABLE 10% RE-STOCKING FEE APPLIES TO ALL REFUSED SHIPMENTS, NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Non-defective returns must be unopened and in new condition. Customer must request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) through the product returns link

. A RMA number will be issued with instructions for returning the package within two business days. All returns without a RMA number or sent COD will be refused. All packaging materials including manufacturer's proof of purchase/UPC code and parts must be included. We reserve the right to refuse returns with damaged components, missing parts or missing packaging. Open software, mapping/chart data cards, international orders, freight truck only items and special order items are not returnable. Claims of shipment damage, incorrect/missing items, or non-receipt of goods must be made within seven (7) days.
