Does this pump come with a power cable?

No, This pump does not come with a power cable. The Smartpump sold separately only exists to serve as a replacement. It serves no purpose to buy it if you don't have a Reactor 40 CCU or an autopilot controller (GHC or chartplotter). So it does not include the power cable mentioned in the specs because if you are replacing an existing pump, you would be reusing the existing power cable.
