I have a 2 bank pro charger. It’s 5 amp per bank one bank charges 24 volt the other 12. What size glass buss fuses are supposed to be used in the inline fuse holder ???

It looks like the a 15 amp fuse is recommended for model 28210 output.

I just purchased a replacement Marinco battery charger, installed it and it showing a green and red light. Why are both lights on ?

The red and green lights designate the charger is in the “Absorption Stage” and delivering constant voltage to the battery. If the red and green light stay on for more than 24 hours refer to problem 2 in the troubleshooting section in the manual.
